Our nurseries are open Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 6:00pm, 52 weeks of the year with the following exceptions: Bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
On occasion, we are able to provide some flexibility with payment of the fees. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Payment Information
How are these fees paid?
Childcare fees are payable every month in advance on the 27th day of each month by standing order or childcare vouchers. Full fees are payable for all days including closures.
How are the fees calculated?
Generally, they are calculated by multiplying the weekly rate by 52 and dividing by 12.
What if my child is absent from the setting?
Fees are unfortunately non-refundable if your child is absent from nursery or needs to be sent home due to illness.
What if I need to make changes to my child's attendance?
We require one month's written notice to decrease a child's attendance. Increasing attendance is acceptable on request and if the nursery has sufficient space. If changes occur part way through a month, the fees will be calculated on a daily rate for that month.
What happens if I am late to pick up my child?
We kindly ask that families inform the nursery by 10am for morning sessions and by 2pm for afternoon sessions if their child is not attending that day. If your child is not collected on time at the end of their session, an additional fee of £10 every 15 minutes will be charged.
Discounts
Holiday Discount Options
All families are entitled to one discount per calendar year (January-December) once enrolled for one session per week. Choose from:
- 2 Week Fee Break - Can be taken consecutively or as 2 individual weeks during Easter, Summer, or Christmas holidays. Discount shown as 25% for one week, 50% for two weeks.
- Bank Holiday Exemption - Exemption from bank holidays / nursery closure fees. Amount depends on session attendance.
Sibling Discount
Our nurseries offer a 10% discount for siblings. The discount will be applied to the lowest invoiced fees and will only apply to regular sessions.

Yes, we accept Childcare and Government Tax-Free vouchers.
The Childcare Offer
We are registered to accept The Childcare Offer and offer individual support to families when the time approaches to register. We have supported hundreds of families from The Vale of Glamorgan, RCT and Bridgend.
Waiting List
Fun Foundations operates a waiting list. When a vacancy arises, the applicant at the top of this list is offered the space first. We will endeavour to keep you informed of where you are on the waiting list and can only predict how long it might be for a place to become available.
Nappies & Wipes
Families are welcome to supply their own brands of nappies and wipes, but we do supply them and the cost is included in your sessional fee:
